  • First Reading of Resolution No. 2023-62, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to trade in several weapons in the possession of the Police Department to Atwell’s Police and Fire Equipment Co. for a credit toward the purchase of new duty pistols and authorizing the purchase of new duty pistols from Atwell’s Police and Fire Equipment Co. for a total cost of $2,023.00.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Police Department)

  • Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $12,500 to SA Communale to cover the cost of excavation and final repair work for the Police Station Fire Department Connection. (Fire Department)
  • Motion to authorize additional expenditure in an amount not to exceed $10,500.00 to Amanda Slutsky dba Rookie Sports Club to collaborate with the Parks and Recreation Department to provide recreational programming for the remainder of the year.
