- Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-01, entitled, “An ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (First Reading – January 21, 2025; Second Reading – February 17, 2025) (Finance Department) (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
- Third Reading of Resolution No. 2025-02, entitled, “A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer to adjust the amended official certificate of estimated resources for 2025.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. - First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-13, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an audit arrangement with Independent Auditor Charles E. Harris & Associates by means of a Memorandum of Agreement for the audit of the Village’s basic financial statements for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028 and to authorize an expenditure to Charles E. Harris & Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $14,000 for the fixed-fee bid for year ending 2024.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).
