  • Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-07, entitled, “An Ordinance amending the Village Charter to permit Village Council to meet virtually in limited circumstances.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (First Reading – June 16, 2025; Second Reading – August 4, 2025; Public Hearing August 18th) (Upon Third Reading and assuming passage and upon signature of the Mayor, this legislation will be submitted to the electors for a vote.)
  • Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-08, entitled, “An Ordinance amending the Village Charter to update the public notice and hearing provisions for certain Ordinances to require notice on digital platforms as well as in a newspaper of general circulation.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).   • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-13, entitled, “An Ordinance amending the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinance Section 1153.02(g) relating to Class U-7 Prohibited Uses to prohibit any additional assisted living, memory care and/or nursing home facilities in the Village.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).  (First Reading – June 16, 2025; Second Reading – August 4, 2025) (Ordinance 2025-13 was referred to Planning and Zoning.   • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-40, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an Agreement with Cuyahoga County for the payment of costs associated with counsel assigned to represent indigent persons charged with violations of Village Ordinances and to authorize a one-time expenditure not to exceed $10,000 for a period of one calendar year.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Finance Department). (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
  • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-41, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the proposal of Pat Flowers, Inc. in the amount of $46,006.68 for the 2025 Street Striping Program.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Engineer). (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
  • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-42, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the bid of Ronyak Paving, Inc. in the amount of $442,961.00 and to enter into a contract for the 2025 Street Maintenance Program.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Engineer). (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
  • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-43, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a contract with Tim Lally Chevrolet for the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado with an emergency lighting upfit package in the amount of $54,661.53.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Police Department). (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
  • Motion to approve recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning Ordinance No. 2025-13 entitled “An Ordinance Amending Mayfield Village Codified Ordinance Section 1153.02(g) relating to Class U-7 prohibited uses to prohibit any additional assisted living, memory care and/or nursing home facilities in the Village” as proposed.
  • Motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for July 2025 and to approve of same as submitted.  (Finance Department)
  • Motion to approve expenditure in the amount of $223,965.00 (3,500 tons x 63.99/ton) to Cargill for road salt for the 2025-2026 season.  (Service Department).
  • Motion to extend the Real Estate Listing Agreement with Realtor Sara Calo and Howard Hanna for the marketing and sale of Village-owned property at 691 SOM Road for six months, until February 18, 2026.
