• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-17 , entitled, “An Ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025 and declaring an emergency.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar.  (Finance Department)  (First Reading – October 20, 2025-Read in title only) (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)

• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-19, entitled, “An Emergency Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into Real Estate Listing Agreement with Realtor Patty Gaeta and Keller Williams Realty Greater Metropolitan for certain Village-owned property at 6500 and 6492 Wilson Mills Road.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Finance Department) (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-20, entitled, “An Emergency Ordinance repealing and replacing in its entirety Chapter 772 of Mayfield Village’s Codified Ordinances to prohibit short term rentals in the Village.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-59, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an additional five-year agreement with Everstream and its intended successor in interest Bluebird Midwest, LLC, dba Bluebird Fiber for internet and fiber ring maintenance service in the amount of $33,000.00 per year.”   Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Engineer).
