LEGAL NOTICE
Mayfield Village, Ohio will accept sealed bid proposals for the:
RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD RESURFACING PROJECT
This project includes the resurfacing of approximately 4,152 square yards of asphalt pavement, 2,810 feet of ODOT Type 3 Combination Curb and Gutter, 811 square yards of 6” concrete apron removal and replacement as well as other items. The Engineers estimate for this project is: $675,000.00.
Bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of Council of Mayfield Village, located at 6622 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio, 44143 until 10:00 (Ten) AM local time on Friday, May 10, 2024 for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
This Legal Notice, the contract documents, bid sheets, plan and specifications can be obtained from the Mayfield Village website at https://mayfieldvillage.com/public-notices/ or a paper copy can be purchased from Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., Two Merit Drive, Richmond Heights, Ohio (216) 731-6255 at Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per set, non-refundable. Checks shall be made payable to Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in favor of Mayfield Village.
The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 16, 2024.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County and Mayfield Village, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239.
Each sealed proposal shall be clearly marked on the front of the envelope “Sealed proposal for the:
RIDGEBURY BOULEVARD RESURFACING PROJECT
Mayfield Village reserves the right to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder and further reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
