• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-17 , entitled, “An Ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2025 and declaring an emergency.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar.  (Finance Department)  (Read in title only) (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-18, entitled, “An Ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2026 and declaring an emergency.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar.  (Finance Department) (Read in title only) (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)

• First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-55, entitled, “An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to accept a proposal and enter into a contract with A&J Cement Contractors, Inc. to remove and replace the damaged permeable pavers in the Wiley Parking Lot with the new permeable pavers in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Engineer). • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-56, entitled, “An emergency resolution approving and authorizing an expenditure to Jim Brown Chevrolet, Inc., dba Classic Chevrolet/GEO/BMW for the replacement of the engine in the Service Department’s 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 truck in an amount not to exceed $15,222.17.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Police Department).
