  • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-03, entitled, “An Ordinance Revising the Zone Map Of Mayfield Village So As To Amend The Zoning Classification Of 15.6 Acres Of Land Located South Of White Road And West Of North Commons Boulevard And Known As Permanent Parcel Numbers 831-04-001, 831-04-002, 831-04-003, 831-05-001, 831-05-002, 831-05-003, And 831-05-004 From Its Current Residential Classification To Production Distribution.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (First Reading – March 18, 2025; Second Reading – April 21st; Public Hearing June 16th; Third Reading June 16th) (Upon Third Reading and passage, and upon signature of the Mayor, this legislation will be submitted to the electors for a vote.)

  • First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-05, entitled, “An Ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Section 1185.11(a)(4) relating to signage in local business, small office building, motorist service, office laboratory and production distribution districts.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
  • First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-06, entitled “An Emergency Ordinance extending the temporary moratorium adopted pursuant to Ordinance 2024-23 on the approval, issuance and processing of any applications for and/or the approval of any use variances, conditional use permits, zoning permits, building permits, certificates of occupancy or other permits or licenses for any building structure, use, or change in use for any assisted living, memory care and/or nursing home facilities in Mayfield Village for an additional six months.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.)
  • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-23, entitled, “An emergency resolution amending Resolution 2024-50 to authorize an additional expenditure in the amount of $1,310.00 for the 2024-2025 Village Senior Snow Removal Program and to authorize a payment in total of $25,610.00 to Arnold Landscape and Design, LLC for these services.” Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).   • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-24, entitled, “An emergency Resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Yard Waste Agreement with Progressive Casualty Insurance Company for the disposal of waste.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).   • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-25, entitled, “An emergency Resolution authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to accept a proposal, waive competitive bidding and enter into a contract with Duro-Last Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC to replace the roof of the garage next to the salt dome at 734 SOM Center Road based upon Duro-Last’s Statewide Roofing Contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation (Public Contract CTR 025380-Roofing DOT 19025-1) in an amount not to exceed $129,062.98 which includes a five percent contingency for unforeseen circumstances.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).   • First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-26, entitled, “An emergency Resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the proposal of Dugger Acquisitions, LLC and enter into a contract with Dugger Acquisitions, LLC for Civic Center exterior painting and repairs and interior painting of Reserve Hall in the amount of $63,850.36 plus a ten percent contingency for a total amount not to exceed $70,235.00.”  Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration).   • Motion to approve recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission concerning Montebello Subdivision Amendment to Final Development Plan to allow 6485 N. Cobblestone Rd. S/L #48 Rear Yard Deck Encroachment.
  • Motion to approve recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission concerning MARS Electric, 6655 Beta Drive Parking Lot Expansion.
  • Motion to approve recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission concerning Progressive Insurance Co. Bunker East Building Addition, 300 NBC.
