Spotlights

Dear Residents of Ridgebury Boulevard and Washington Extension,

The C.A. Agresta Construction Company was the successful bidder for the 2024 Road Program, which consists of pavement repairs and the resurfacing of the north side Ridgebury Boulevard, from Lander Road to the Village’s east corporation line at Orchard Heights Drive. The  cost of the project is $637,014 with $250,000 of this amount being covered by a grant from Cuyahoga County. Mayfield Heights is not paving the southern portion of the roadway at this time.

Work is scheduled to begin on or about June 10th with project completion expected by early August. For the duration of the project, only the eastbound lane of Ridgebury Blvd. will be open to traffic. Access for residents and emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times, but please expect delays.

Drive Aprons. The project includes the replacement of most residential driveway aprons within the project area. C.A. Agresta will notify residents directly when apron work is scheduled and will work with residents to maintain access to all homes.

Mail delivery should be unaffected as your postal route is a walking route.

Trash pickup on Ridgebury Boulevard is scheduled on Mondays. For the duration of this project, residents are being asked to bring their toters down to the tree lawn on Sunday evening or by 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning. The crew from C.A. Agresta Construction will move the toters to the other side of the road for pickup and return them to your tree lawn following pickup.

Thank you for your patience during this road project. This will no doubt be a challenging project, but we hope to complete it with minimal disruption to residents.

Please Note:  If you have a sprinkler system and/or an invisible dog fence, please notify C.A. Agresta at 216.382.2525 or send an email to [email protected].  Thank you.

If you have questions, please contact Engineer Tom Cappello at 216.731.6255 or the Service Department at 440.442.5506 or send an email to [email protected].
