Rentals

The following facilities are available for rent by Mayfield Village residents:

Community Room:

  • Located at 6621 Wilson Mills Road (Corner of Wilson Mills and S.O.M. Center Roads)
  • Includes:
    • The facility has a main room, a fireplace room with bar area, a kitchen and restrooms
    • Total capacity is 200 persons
    • Tables (six foot rectangular and four foot round) and chairs are in the room. They must be set up and taken down by the person(s) using the facility
    • The Community Room is a non-smoking facility

Available for Mayfield Village residents (non-residents must be sponsored by a Village resident)

Parkview Pool Pavilion:

  • Located at 425 North Commons Blvd.
  • Includes:
    • Seating for approximately 65 people
    • Restrooms (open from June – August approximately)
    • Convenient access to Parkview Playground
    • Call 440.461.5163 for rental/reservation information. 

 

Only available for Mayfield School District residents use (rental fee may apply)  *Note:  Pavilion can be rented/reserved in conjunction with daytime use at Parkview Pool or private evening rental at Parkview Pool.

Wiley Park:

  • Located at 610 SOM Center Road (across from Whitehaven Cemetery)
  • Includes:
    • Pavilion that seats approximately 65
    • Playground
    • Restrooms (open from May – September approximately)
    • Bocce ball court
    • Sand Volleyball Court

In addition, Mayfield Village offers the following unique programs as an added service to its residents:

Tables and Chair Rental:

Folding tables and chairs are available to residents on a first-come, first-served basis.  Tables and chairs can be reserved by calling the Service Department between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  A $20.00 refundable deposit is required.  Tables and chairs will be delivered to your home and picked up by Service personnel on the scheduled day.
